This room gets lots of light and there are two ceiling fans and window AC unit to augment the central AC in case you forget to close the blinds on all the windows and the room gets hot from too much sunlight. The house has hardwood floors throughout, as well as central heat and A/C. There are four bathrooms in the house so you should never have to wait to use the bathroom. There’s a secure backyard with a private patio and a cute furnished front porch for hanging out in the summertime.
The location of the house is on a safe, quiet, close knit block in southern Petworth, roughly 4th and Taylor Streets NW. 7-8 minute walk to Georgia Ave/Petworth Metro (Green and Yellow Lines). There’s unrestricted parking on the block the house is on (as well as the surrounding blocks), so if you have a car with out of state plates, you should be able to park without fear of getting tickets.
