The vibe
The vibe is a social group house. The current housemates are 20-something young professionals — currently a mix of all guys and one female — who share the kitchen, living areas, and outside common areas. If you're moving to DC and would rather land somewhere with built-in roommates than live alone, this is that kind of house.

- Quick walkable access to Georgia Ave–Petworth Metro (Green/Yellow lines)
- Blocks from boutique retail, coffee shops, and dining
- Near parks and green space
- Ample unrestricted street parking
Lease terms
12-month master lease ending July 31, 2027, with option to renew. Only two rooms left in this house.
